1. General Provisions

By using the 999p website and all associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms form a binding legal agreement.

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

To use 999p's services, the user must be 21 years of age or older . 21+

By creating an account you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. 999p may request identity documents (National ID, passport, or driving licence) at any time for age verification. Any account belonging to a minor will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be cancelled.

Additionally, users for whom online gaming is legally prohibited are not permitted to use this platform.

4. User Responsibilities

Every user is required to comply with the following when using the platform:

• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Keep account information accurate and up to date at all times.
• Refrain from any form of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity on the platform.
• Not attempt to access another user's account.
• Refrain from exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Not use automated software, bots, or any scripts.
• Treat other users with respect.

If any of the above rules are violated, 999p reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account without notice.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

999p offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳32,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳47,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, place ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets and the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 VIP Program

999p's VIP program has four tiers. The more you play, the higher the tier you reach, and the more weekly cashback you earn:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the relevant offer page. 999p reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet has been finalised it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless an incorrect result was displayed due to a technical error. 999p's decision is final and binding.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Participating in match-fixing or any fraudulent activity.
• Coordinating bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical errors in the system.
• Colluding with others to place bets.

7.3 Result Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, you must contact the support team within 72 hours of the result being announced. No disputes will be accepted after that deadline.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

999p may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete identity information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Violation of applicable law.
• The user's own request (self-exclusion).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 999p website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is owned by us or used under an authorised licence. No element may be reproduced, distributed, or modified except for personal and non-commercial use.

The intellectual property of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, etc.) belongs entirely to them. 999p acts solely as a channel for the games of these providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

999p is not responsible for the following:

• Missed bets due to internet disconnection or technical issues.

• Problems with the user's own device or network.
• Service unavailability during scheduled maintenance periods.
• Uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government directives.
